Okay so on Wednesday, i made an awesome baked mushroom risotto. It was my first time at making a risotto and it was pretty good i'd have to admit. So my mum told me to make another one today. I decided to make a mushroom and chicken risotto with spinach leaves and chives and shiz so i found a recipe for that...on www.taste.com.au. I bought all the ingredients this morning (after swimming which was the only exercise i've done in a week) including chicken breast fillets. Dude i really did not realise how expensive they are...$15 for two pieces...
I started cooking right, and the recipe said add 5 cups of chicken stock to the 2 cups of risotto. AND DUDE chicken/beef stock that huey uses is a freaking rip off!! That's why i didn't use it! :D Instead, use that beautiful, tasty, healthy chicken powder...it's waaay cheaper and you can use it so many more times...and it's space-saving too! :D It comes in a can instead of blocks of cartons that IS ALSO ENVIRONMENTALLY UNFRIENDLY! Dayum i should become a marketing woman..HAHAHA which reminds me of my razor that i was supposed to market to people at Eastwood station...that was embarrassing...i was fine selling it to Jess and Genie...heh...
So yeah. Towards the end, i stirred the pot of risotto and it was getting really non-creamy so i was like wtf is wrong with this risotto? And then i realised that the recipe is FARKING RETARDED. It's supposed to be 4 cups of stock to 2 cups you fricking idiots from www.taste.com.au...which is funny coz it was also the same website from which i got the more successful mushroom risotto recipe. Then i had to ponder and ponder...then i just couldn't be bothered to make it creamier so i served it...until AFTERWARDS, i researched and i added milk to it...and it actually did make it creamier :) yay!
Anyway, i just realised that someone could easily kidnap me from all the info i give on my blog. I've stated where i go on friday afternoons, what station i get off (above), probably what school i go to, who is in my family, when i go swimming and they could probably identify me by the wounds i have on my body. WHICH REMINDS ME. The Car Accident Bruise is still there. Although the scab did come off today! It was amazing stuff! It wasn't quite peeling coz the scab was already separated from the skin below it...except for a small section that was hanging by some normal, non-wounded skin. The pattern of the scab was pretty dayum cool. It had spots on it, which apparently was from the hairs on my leg. And that was from my stockings. If i didn't wear stockings, i probably wouldn't have gotten a wound...but back to the bruise. Right now, it's all different colours. There's yellow, blue, purple and grey! There's still a bump on the bone bit below the kneecap and it still kind of hurts but it's definitely getting better! :)
Talking about stockings...i remember clearly when i was in kindy, i was standing on the slope of a small hill on our bit(ch)umen playground. Suddenly the wind brushed past me, bringing me down on my knees, which then made a hole in my stockings. That was a really weird experience. I think i was probably leaning forward and the wind gave me extra force...which made me fall onto the bitchymen ground.
I actually had no idea what i was babbling on about just then coz i've been so separated from society...so i kinda can't wait till school starts again.
